Rental week

 

  • Winter/Summer season: Saturday from 15.30 to Saturday 10.00
  • Minimal rental perios: 1 week
  • Out of season you can on request rent shorter periods. Bed linen is than € 15,00 pp.
  • Our chalet is no smoking
  • Pets are not permitted in our accomodation, only in Wohnung Dachstein. 1 pet 15,00 Euro per night with a minimum of 50,00 Euro per stay.

Payments

After receiving the invoice, you must pay the prepayment by return.

The first payment is 40% of the rent plus the deposit. The remaining amount should be paid at least 4 weeks before your arrival. The security deposit is € 450,00 Dachstein, €450 Bergblick and € 500,00 Annaberg. We charge for the endcleaning € 150,00 for Dachstein, €150,00 for Bergblick and € 175,00 for Annaberg.  Haus Koopman is known under registration number: 50203 - 005069 - 2020 and object number: 5096.  You are required to pay € 2,80 touristtax (2022) per person per night from the day you are 15 years or older.

 

Reservations

For reservations within 8 weeks of your arrival date the full amount should be paid all at once. If payment is not received in time, Haus Koopman has the right to cancel the reservation (after issuing a reminder). In this case the renter is liable for the cancellation charge (see below).

Keys

The keys will be brought round after a telephone call from you to the house manager.

Cancellation

Cancellations must be made in writing. Up to 8 weeks before arrival, the cancellation charge is 25% of the rental sum (with a minimum of €250 excluding reservation costs). Between 8 and 4 weeks before arrival the cancellation charge is 50% of the rental sum and 4 weeks or less before the arrival date the cancellation charge is the full rental sum.


Liability

Haus Koopman is not liable for:

Damage or injury during your journey and/or stay.

Loss, theft or damage to your personal property and money.

Information provided verbally or over the telephone.

Complaints

We do everything we can to ensure that your stay runs smoothly (though not your holiday as a whole because can’t do anything more about this; we are only responsible for ensuring you have a pleasant stay). However, Haus Koopman verhuur cannot accept any liability for obvious mistakes and altered circumstances.

It is nevertheless possible that you may be dissatisfied about something. In any case you can contact Haus Koopman verhuur by telephone. We promise to do our utmost to find a satisfactory solution.

Security deposit

The security deposit for the chalet is (€450/€450/€500) to be paid with your first payment. After your departure the chalet is checked and your security deposit will be refunded to your account as soon as possible after the end of the rental period minus the touristtaxes. We will need to retain your security deposit in full if there has been smoking in the chalet or if the refrigerator is left with a permanent bad smell. Damage or defective components in our apartments must be reported immediately. We will hold you liable in the event of major damage. You should report this to your own insurance company. Take note of the damage ‘Top 3’ to avoid your security deposit being retained.
